To simplify this code, you have too much air or not enough fuel on one bank only... (so the computer says).

You could
1. Smoke test your rover to see if you have a valve cover leak or any other vacuum leak.
2. Check to see your valve covers are properly torqued
3. Use a scan tool to look at fuel trims to see if that says anything.
4. Use a scan tool to look at your fuel pressure and your injector data....
5. Pull plugs and examine them - see if they give you any clues
6. Look at misfire counts on a scan tool - see if you learn anything....

None of these are likely the proper approach, but they can reveal some clues so you can zero in on your issue.

I smoke tested my rover a few weeks back. You can learn so much about your rig doing this,...

Mechanic smoked and redid Valve cover seals ..again light came back. He is going to again resmoke and tighten EGR bolts which someone suggested ..I bought an OEM Pcv valve but he swears he has already done that..still searching.Hevsaid it's on the driver's side..
