Default LED Curved 50" Bar expo rack mounting???

Does anyone know how to mount a 50" curved led light bar to the oem expo rack? I got the bar but trying to figure out how to attach the light. The mounts I got with the bar doesn't reach the rack. I wonder if they have a way to mount the light from behind. Brackets? Anyone? Thanks. Below is a picture of the light bar just sitting on my roof in the general location where I want to mount it.

Can you provide better pics of the rack / light as it sits (closer up).. I'm wondering if a tube mount will work, but would have to see better (and also the size of the tube)..

Here are some close up pics. The distance from the allen screw on light bar to the expo rack is about 7". Do they make a tube clamp that long? The other thought is rotating the clamps and mounting to actual truck, but then I'll have to drill. Thanks.

Tube mounts are for round tube

Can you mount it in where the wind deflector is?

Maybe some mounts could be fabricated to attach to the flat surface and stick out as a pedestal to mount to. I'm not familiar with the rack.

I would agree, you want to set it back a little bit anyway, to avoid glare off the hood, so anywhere from the center of the flat/deflector section to the top would be the desirable location.

I didn't know if there were tubes under the deflector or something else.

Light bars are awesome! No offense, but I think you have the wrong one for the LR3. Your width and curve do not lineup with the rack geometry. I couldn't find one that matched the expo rack either, so I went old school with four round led lights.

Another good option for those with OCD is a 32" curved bar in the grill. Then you also dont have to deal with wires up the gutter or light spill on the hood. Like this:

Default Heres how I mounted my lights

I made some homemade brackets, all for under $25.00. Got brackets from local hardware store, 12" x 1" x 1/8". Bent them at 8.25" in my vise. Painted them, used m6 allen screw and mounted the brackets into my mounts where the front support legs would go for the expo rack, or if you had long rails. I also used cabin waterproof tape to cushion the brackets. I'll post some new closeups of brackets on truck shortly.

Care to share where you ran your wires. Down the A-post?
