Wow it's an Interstate that died in 2 years?! That's crazy, I just had mine replaced ~4 months ago (old was an interstate MTP) and I was all excited about a prorated warranty exchange since our shop is an Interstate dealer and stuff.
Although, I'll see how this experience goes when I head out to the interstate battery store shortly

Was just thinking too, do you think I can go to any interstate dealer and get this exchanged even though it came in the vehicle bought give hours away with no knowledge of where it came from?

Got the battery tested. They say the battery is good and something in the vehicle caused it to discharge very rapidly which caused it to heat up as well. They are going to charge the battery for me and gave me a loaner, but I don't know if I should stick it in there or not.... Guess I will?....

That's a good idea. I just left to get back to work. The only new variable in this situation is that it rained before the vehicle was started. It was under a carport but it was blowing pretty good. I've read a little about water causing problems and wonder if that could be a factor....
