My rear tail lights operate differently, my passenger side operates like a standard light everything lights up. However my driver's side rear lamp when the signal is engaged the signal and the tail lights alternate blinking and my reverse light does not come on. Any ideas?

 

Pull and check lamps. Wrong lamps being installed is not unheard of.

 

I hace changed all the incorrect bulbs.when the signals are activated is the rest of the tail light supposed to blink or is it just the signal lamp?
