Yup go to Thule's website and put the code you see on the lock in and order a replacement key. Code should be N###

$450 seems OK.

Who/ what type of shop is doing it?

Is it a local car window glass replacement or national company like Safelight?

Optic-Kleer. I think they may be a local chain.
