Low output from rear speakers?

Low output from rear speakers?
I have a 2006 LR3 HSE with the Premium Sound System.
I've noticed that the volume output from the rear speakers (2nd row and rear) is much less then the fronts. I've already checked the fader controls. There's just not much power coming out of them. The only thing I can think of is that I replaced the amp a few years ago and did not have it programmed to my vehicle.
Any ideas?
