Thread solvent is a good idea - might resolve the problem - usually it is only one bolt on each side that has to be cut; the others unscrew - you just do not know which one until you get there - but they all should be replaced with new regardless.

Coming from someone whose career is based on using saws, you will want to use the sawzall for cutting bolts. Do yourself a favor and buy good quality metal cutting blades from Milwaukee, Lennox, or Dewalt (my preference in that order) with the appropriate number of teeth per inch.

BTW, I have heard people refer to Skil saws and circular saws same thing, unless you are referring to the Skilsaw as a wormdrive.

Are you talking about pulsating during braking or like mine when I am around 50 mph....its worse if I accelerate and get to 50 then take my foot off the gas it shakes a lot. Too much. Then if I hit the brakes it goes away immediately so I know its not warped rotors.

My RRS LCA's get here Wed so am going to call a few more indie shops before I decide to either do it myself or have someone do it.

If you look in the tech section youll see where i bought the poly set from lucky 8 and did them around 50-55k miles, along with ball joints and brakes

We have almost 40k on the bushings and no issues, ride may not be quite as soft as rubber bushings but its a heavy truck so....

Dealer has a tool to press them and you will need an alignment at dealer when done so might be worth it to see what yhey charge to press the set for you

Not that we can tell but we dont wheel this truck, when i did the i stal i used plenty of blue grease all over and used never sieze on the bolt shafts, initially we had the drivers rear lower bolt come loose after the dealer alignment they redid it free, that nut is behind the cat and hard to get to imo

I dont know if there was a slight break in period or we just got used to it fast, i would never waste money on those stock rubbers

idk....use-case matters; the stock rubbers maintain the tuning of the suspension and last ~50,000 miles. I could see that being pretty crummy for some folks. For me 50,000 miles is more than 10 years. So I stay with stock bushings.
