LR3 Air Suspension issue - won’t raise
LR3 compressor won’t turn on/raise except after a long drive and only after I turn vehicle on/off. At the point, compressor will cycle on for a brief moment before getting the Amber suspension dash light and no height adjustment can be made.
Error codes:
- U0132 Ride level control module, lost communication
- B1A00 Control module
- U0424 Heating Ventilation and A/C control module, invalid data received (???)
- Amber suspension light
- Dash says, "Suspension Fault" and "Special Programs Off"
2 weeks ago, I installed Proud Rhino lift rods, 32" BFG KO2 tires and cleaned front & rear valve blocks. LR3 looked damn good!!!! EAS compressor (AMK, dealer installed 2 yrs ago) ran fine until ~5 days ago & now will not run unless I bypass EAS relay. Toggle switch with bypassed EAS relay won’t raise truck. Valve blocks are holding the height as best they can and so LR3 is not on the bump stops...yet!
Checked the following: Brake lights are good, brake light switch swapped with 2 spares, battery replaced yesterday, all fuses are good.
Any ideas on what else to inspect?
FYI - GAP tool on its way so I’ll update as I know more.

Correct, bypassing relay will allow compressor to run but stays at normal height.
I only bypassed relay in short spurts (5-10 seconds) just to see if compressor would turn over.
Any idea?

I'll check them this weekend and GAP tool should arrive this Tues & I'll update the thread when I know more.

Leak could be a possibility since Driver front & rear are sitting lower than passenger side.
I'll run the compressor a little longer (w/ relay bypassed) and see if it'll raise prior to getting suspension fault.
Then, check for air leaks.

I used toggle switch to attempt to raise height of vehicle and noticed red light on 4x4 Nav screen (see photo) and only when in Access mode. Vehicle would not raise/lower at all but 4x4 Nav screen would change from Access to Normal to Off Road.
Does this mean front driver height sensor is malfunctioning?
Or outside range for height sensor (vehicle is lower on driver side) w/ lift rods installed?
Also, how long should I run compressor with relay bypassed as I attempt to raise suspension? No luck when running for 10 sec.
Any tricks to get suspension to raise while I wait for GAP tool to arrive this week?
