Wife took her '06 HSE in and had all four brakes done. New pads, rotors, sensor wires, complete kit from Atlantic British.
It has been about three weeks and everything was great.
Last night she says the dash "Brake" light came on and every 20 seconds the chime goes off and the screen says "Check Brake Pads".
Pedal is firm, no fluid issues.


Any ideas?
I'm thinking a sensor wire is loose?

 

My suspicion was correct.
Took it back to the shop and they confirmed the wire came loose and the insulation was rubbed bare.


Fixed, no charge.
