Exclamation LR3 Differential symbol on dash display

Hello all,
I have a 2005 LR3 SE. I do not have the the center console screen. When I am off road sometimes a picture appears on my driver information display that looks like a rear differential. It flashes for a few seconds then disappears. Can someone please tell me what the differential symbol is and what it means? Thanks!

Have you checked your user manual?

Are you referring to the symbol showing the tires and their orientation? I think the diff is just shown there to provide context that you are looking at an axle with wheels/tires and that they are oriented in a particular direction.

He does not have the center screen.

My Vehicle is not here, or I would photo the dash icon page for you.

I hope he has a center screen. Maybe no nav screen, but he should have the message center screen at center. It shows steering angles.

I've attached an owners manual. US Market.

Edit: seems I can not get the PDF to attach.

here's a link to the manual: https://lr3tips.wordpress.com/owners-manuals/

I didnt see anything about diff warnings in it.

Do you have the locking rear diff? Wonder if its part of that where it flashes as an indicator when the diff is locked.

Take a picture of the symbol or google it and figure out what it is first

....aren't we over-thinking this, guys?

It's the wheel position/orientation symbol, 99%.

What are the odds that an SE with no NAV has the HD Package? Even if it does, mine has the HD Package and I've never seen a "Diff Symbol" on the fwd Driver Info Center.

hi houm wa. Had the truck 13 years and never seen this icon on my dash til today. Two wheels at 45 degrees joined by a dotted line. I have the 06 SE. No nav. This appeared top middle of my Message center. Nothing in my owner manual. What does it mean?
