Been working on these bastards for over 2 hours. How do the clips work?

 

Clip? The plug end? I think its a squeeze type, just squeeze the plug and pull.

 

lol, how hard can you pull. I think there is a tab on the top side of the connector, but you really can't get two hands up there to squeeze and pull. Some post talk about disconnecting the drive shaft, but I can't even get the passenger side undone which I can get two hands into. I have to be doing something wrong

 

I just watched the AB video, indeed the usual squeeze tab design. About 4 seconds in he covers it.


Yeah, the driver side is a pain. But when I did mine I found that going in from above may be the way. Sure, its a pain to sorta position yourself above the vehicle but with the engine "beauty cover" removed you can see the sensor easily and I think even the connector. So maybe take a look from above, you may be able to do it all from up there.

 

LOL, I've watched that video 200 times. Them bastards are not coming out. I have to be doing something wrong.

 

Walked away from it, threw out a few curse words, grabbed a drink, went back at them. all were loose in 15min
