Default LR3 Leakage Problem

Hello all,

I have the following problem. When it's raining outside a water start to leak from the 2 front frame airbags (see the picture attachment) as well as the small hole, which is next to the inside lights next to the inside rear mirror.( second attachment). Does anybody have an idea what could be the problem? I think it's somewhere around the sunroof, but I can't figure out.

Thanks!

Can you pinpoint or 'arrow out' where its leaking? I kept looking for it on the pictures you posted like an old blind man an inch away from the screen...

@Mack73 Thank you! I will see that I can do this weekend. Hopefully I don't break anything.

@n1keaddict The new images are attached.

I had the exact same problem with my 2005 LR3 this spring (including where the water was coming out). The problem was that all 4 sun roof drains were clogged.

Apparently, they drain into the wheel wells somewhere (not quite sure where) so over time, they can get clogged up even though they are protected somehow. The shop I took it to charged ~$325 to clear the drains -- it just takes time to disassemble all of the wheel wells, they said.

I cleaned the passenger's roof drain (the front and the back) and it took me like 10 mins to clean them. However the driver's one are pretty complex to do. I didn't have the exact screws and the time to do it. I don't have the Body manual to do it either - that means additional time to figure out how to do it. May be there is a reason they charge you $325.
