Default LR3 Low Coolant...even though everything replaced...

Had a low coolant warning for a while - assumed it was the sensor. Replaced the sensor...still low coolant warning (?!). Assuming the replacement sensor is good (?)...

Strange thing is - I googled this and one way to deal with this is to remove from the CCF. I went to check this via the GAP tool...it was already disabled! yet I still get the message...!

Any ideas?

The sensor is not the issue, the float inside the tank is which is not replaceable. This comes up rather often and the only solution is a new coolant tank. I recommend OEM or quality since there have been at least two cases I know of where a cheap one split open.

Got it. Darn...thought this would be easy (er)...

Thing is, why is it still showing the warning even though it's been erased from the CCF?

CCF does not matter, the fault for coolant is essentially hard-wired since it is critical.
