Default Lr3 p0171 p0174 p0172 p0175

I love my LR3 but right now I'm ready to burn it!
I have replaced
EGR
PCV
Throttle body
done injection cleaning
MAF (generic but I have an OEM on the way)

plugs are pretty new, I always run premium, and use sea foam occasionally.

i starts up fine, but idles rough and is hardly drivable. Seems to sorta run better with RPMs higher, but under load it shudders, hesitates and then surges.
OBD scan logs show right and left long term fuel trim mostly pegged at +20 except when it swings negative enough to cause the Rich codes...

any ideas?

Whenever I see multiple engine misfires like this, I'm tempted to think it may be the ignition capacitor (radio suppression capacitor). I've now read about a few of them going bad and I believe it exhibits similar symptoms when it happens. It's a relatively cheap and easy part to replace regardless, so I would give it a shot. Part #LR004160.

I thought that a failure of that part resulted in a no-start condition....bbyer?
