Ready to start fillin and suckin

A couple pics to go with dakotas great write up. Thanks for that. I've been looking for my mighty vac for the past week and couldn't put ky hands on it so I just used a big syringe, which worked great (now that I don't need it, I'm sure I'll find the MV tomorrow)

thanks again

Sorry for dragging up a old post, but do you guys have any idea of the OD/ID of the hoses/nipples you used? I've got a 500ml manual fluid suction device lying and waiting

Followed all except 1 step from Dakota,

Pulled all fluid I could from Reservoir, then removed the Reservoir at that point and cleaned it then before attaching to the high Side. Then capped it off with a 3/8" rubber cap (Lowes) and filled with Pentosin CHF 11S.

Used a 500cc manual suction pump from Amazon $15. attached to the low side return line by slipping a piece of 5/16" ID 7/16" OD hose, from Lowes $6 for 20 feet.

started sucking the old out (Damn I missed my electric pump at home), and started smiling when I say that crystal clear green fluid coming into the pump. put everything back together and drives SOOO much more smoothly.

Only used about 1.5 Liters (2 cans of Pentosin CHF 11s)

Glad you posted on this. I am probably way overdue for fresh fluid.
