I had lean codes on my LR3 about 6 months ago. I purchased a new Mass airflow sensor (very easy to install). It turned out the replacement was faulty. It would cause my truck to stall at red lights and stop signs unless I was giving it lots of gas. Sent it back and got the more expensive one, installed and it fixed the issue and also got rid of my lean codes.
