Key Fob Case for LR3 2005-2009
^ I bought one of these to replace the internals of my damaged fob.
I've been too scared to switch out the board without advice first.

If I just switch internals it should work as the original programmed key right?

You just cut the case off the old key and put the electronics in that case along with the key blade and your done

Sweet. I'm going to try it sometime this week and let you know how it goes.

Edit:
Btw...I've pulled the case apart with no damage to snaps without having to cut it.

Then you already have a replacement key cover done on yours. You are lucky
