LR3 trailer lighting issue...sort of.

So it's a 2006 LR3 HSE HD that I installed the trailer wires from Atlantic British went to use it for the first time last night and the running lights do not work. The brake lights work and the turn signals work just not the running lights.... Any insight would be greatly appreciated. And yes I checked fuse # 14 and there was not one there ....so I tried to put one in and I couldn't as inthere seems to be no contacts behind the plastic of the fuse block......grr I am so frustrated!
