I have the entire workshop manual, electrical manual and tons of other docs. For some reason I seem to lack the connector location info. Every car I have owned has one, shows or describes the location of each connector. So while I know I need C2550 and I am pretty sure I know where it is, I want to confirm before I tap into the wire I need. I need the starter engagement wire (brown with red stripe) for my aux battery install. I have a feeling the connector is in one of my PDFs but in image format, which is maybe why my searching is coming up empty. I even have a PDF specific to engine harness removal, yet LR did not label a single connector in it.

Does anyone have some sorta connector location PDF? If not, my next step will be to assume its the connector next to the battery and open the wire a little to insert my meter and see what happens when starting.

 

 

Pretty easy to locate given that aluminum heat shield screw, but I dont have that connector on either side of my engine.

Hmm, not sure I can help then. My program isn't very good. When I checked your year, both HSE and SE, the result was the same as above. Best of luck.

I would love a map of the connectors for the LR3 (mine is the V8) as well. Can't find that info in my workshop manual, wiring diagrams, or anywhere else a diagram of the harness connectors. Several times I've needed this info, but haven't seen it anywhere...
