So what is up with what appears to be two styles of gaskets. AB has a kit, like other do, and the gaskets in question are the eight individual orange ones. In other places, including the diagram, they each of the eight has to small black things attached instead. Year comparability seems the same. LR006678 would be the orange and 82543XJ appear to be the green. So what am I missing?

 

The only thing I can see is that the Green say "Fits LR3 4.4 V8 PETROL UP TO VIN 5A348162"
and the orange say "LR3 / Discovery 3 V8 4.4L | 05 - 09 | From VIN 5A348163"

But I have no personal experience with these parts or why they changed.
