LR4 Bumper Cover on LR3

Does anyone know, off hand...will a LR4 bumper cover fit an LR3? Or will it necessitate replacing everything else in the front?

Yes it fits, but also requires LR4 headlamps, grille, and front fenders (at least)

Seems like lots of ppl on disco3.co.uk do this $$ conversion
