Default LR4 headlamps in a LR3?

I need to replace the headlights in our 07' LR3 (damaged in a minor accident)and started looking into lights and the LR4 headlight assemblies are less expensive than the LR3's. Will they fit?

NO.They won't.
You would have to buy a different grille, side panels (those with an air intakes on them ) and probably bonnet, but on this one , I am not sure.Anyway, it is cost prohibitive make over.

There's a link on disco3.co.uk - full facelift.

It's expensive, mostly for the front bumper piece. Everything is different.

From what I hear - if you have adaptive HL its basically impossibly to carry that over into facelift, you get regular bi-xenon and you've gotta program computer that your car has no adaptive HL anymore. I've done the facelift and HL on my DII (heavy metal work / fab / brackets / cutouts lol) - maybe some day I'll do the LR3. It has the blackout LR4 tails so I'd like to do the fronts eventually.
