Default Metallic noise from left rear end

There is a rattling/metallic noise that goes on when I start driving. It's quite audible at slow speeds. Any idea as to what it could be? I don't know where to start looking.

If you could possibly capture some audio that would help. I've had metallic sounds that turned out to be: brake shield, EPB drum, heat shield near tire come loose.

sorry for the late reply, but here is how it sounds. it seems to be coming from the front left wheel. and when i turn the wheel right, it feels like there is some sort of grinding going on.

Sounds like either the brake shield or the heat shield to me, but not sure obviously. I'd get under there and start knocking on things.

So it ended up being the left hub. Getting it replaced today. Would anyone happen to know what company makes the OE part for it? I have part number LR014147 from Atlantic British and LR048083 as the OEM one. Any tips on which one to use, or does it matter?
