Default Mirror is wonky

My mirror goes sideways instead of up when I use the "joystick." Is there a mirror calibration procedure anyone knows of? Anything in the IIDTool?

Thanks guys!

By chance did any moisture enter the door? I had my front windows tinted last month and the water used to apply the tint did something to the mirrors for a few days, then all was fine.

I don't think so. It hasn't rained here in a while and we are pretty careful about things like that.

Just checked the manual and there is nothing in there. I suggest taking apart the switch, maybe some contacts rotated 90 degrees.

If you are so inclined, the Lynnwood Pick and Pull has 2 LR3s in it right now. You could get a salvage switch from there.

I believe the LR3 mirror control is off-angle if you're used to traditional controls. You have to go based on the arrow direction, not simply up, down, left, right. That's what I noticed anyways after I first bought mine.

Was just a thought. For someone new to the LR world it can be a little wonky even when working properly.

yeah...thanks. I didn't mean to be snarky in my response, I was having a little fun though.

I had my eye on Pick 'n Pull. I saw the V6 in there; didn't realize they had a 2nd one. Maybe I'll swing by on Friday.
