So, dumped in some Seafoam and took it out on the I-95 and drove a good 60 miles. Didn’t seem to change the issue but occasionally the engine would rev higher.

The interesting part is the truck threw up a new error when I checked codes; P0356-00 (AA) Ignition Coil F Primary/Secondary Circuit. So it could be dodgy electrical connections after all. Not seen this message in the two weeks this issue cropped up.

Gonna wait overnight for it to cool before I poke around and see what I can find/break.

Well if you dont let the seafoam site overnight, well mixed into the rails/injectors, it won't do much at all. Same for 44k, dump in. Drive a little to make sure all the fuel is mixed, sit overnight.

I've attached a few things for reading.

Revisited some tests today, power, ground, swapping coils and plugs and the issue remains with cylinder 6.

Does anyone know how easy it is to access the injectors? I’d like to take a look before I call it a day and send it into the shop. I’ve had a look online but can’t see any videos or guides. Any specialist tools needed?

Hi All

Quick update to close this thread out.

The issue was a faulty fuel injector on cylinder six which has now been replaced and the truck is running fantastic. In the process of elimination, I've updated and replaced quite a few components to find the issue which is probably going to save me some pain in the near future. I got the shop to replace as I wasn't overly comfortable messing with fuel lines and there wasn't a ton of information out there on replacing them.

My only downside is I've only replaced one injector. In an ideal world I would have done all 8, but I in the process of renovating a house which is eating up all my cash at this time. LR3 and New House are butting heads over who gets the Money Pit title.

I'm going to have a play around with the faulty injector and see if I can get it cleaned out myself.

Thanks everyone for guiding me to a successful conclusion.
