Not sure if anyone has followed my purchase of the two LR3s. I was looking for one so my son could take it to Montana. He liked that white 07 better and it seemed to get better gas mileage than the tricked-out 06. Thanks to all in this forum we got the 07 fixed up and he left last week with his sister and made the 1200 mile journey north to Belgrade MT. With the car packed to the roof and his dirt bike on the bumper, he made it in three days with no issues. They average 16.5mpg and the LR3 ran flawlessly (may that trend continue). I'm sure he will be calling for something. FYI he changed over the CA license plates the next day when he got there.
