Hello Rover friends, I don't' know what to do, please help me out, we have an overland expedition coming up, I've converted my vehicle into a micro camper and my car is not passing inspection. The engine light keeps coming on, not flashing, I changed the fuel cap, we've changed the bank1 catalytic, the same code keeps coming on and I don't know what else to do, we welded everything properly. We are scheduled to leave next week. ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!!!!

 

Do you have a GAP tool? If so, what are the specific codes and descriptions?

Thank you so much for your prompt message. Yes, I do... the code is P0133-00 - UNIVERSAL HEATED EXHAUST gas oxygen sensor - circuit slow response (bank 1, sensor 1) - no subtype information.

 

Interesting...haven't seen that one before. Could you have an exhaust leak? Any physical symptoms of note?

 

No, exhaust leak. However, i will.ask my tech. I knowwww... we've changed everything in here and still that message and no inspection pass. Im freaking out.
