Hey guys,

I'm hopefully soon to be joining the LR3 family, but I need some advice. I'm looking at a 2005 HSE. It looks great and seems to be well taken care of. The price is definitely right. It's got 116,000 miles on the clock. Should this be a concern?

Anything I can check myself when I take a look at it/drive it?

I've heard about the leaking sunroof, air suspension acting up etc. is there a way to check the suspension other than seeing if it actually works? Anything to look for or listen for?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Your best bet is to read the forums.

it will takes weeks of going thru this and other forums but that will let you know what to look out for and solutions.

Often what appear to some to be showstoppers are to others, reasons to get a good deal. This is how you learn.

I figure it would take you a good week just to go thru the files per the link below. There are lots of multipage pdf's explaining how the various system operate and also a lot of solutions to problems.
