Default New Key for 2006 LR3
Is there another way to get a new key other than using the Dealer? They just quoted me $450

No, there's not. I hope that price includes programming once they receive the key from the UK.

Search the forum. This has been beaten to death here.

Try a couple different dealers maybe.
We paid around $300-350.

Hi, I just purchased an LR3 which came with only 1 key. A quick call to the dealer quoted $314 to purchase the key plus .8 hours of shop time (at $149) to program.

Autologic. Bought one a few years ago. $1200 a year to keep it up to date and have phone support. Has all the software up to 2015.

I also have updated the engine and trans software on both our LR3s.
