If you were near I would have scanned your truck for you. I bet a few more lights disappear when that wiring gets dry.
The low coolant light could be low fluid level or the level sensors are known to go out. Somewhat common failure. Suspension is definitely on the bump stops.

No fuse box cover? There is a layout of the fuses and relays on a decal on the underside of the cover. Same for V8 & V6. You may not need to have all of them installed as some are for options you may not have. I guess there are two of us now that have the lowly V6... Once you get the lights/trans/etc figured out you'll want to replace the cam chain tensioners. They need to be done around the 70K milestone. Nobody seems to do them until the chains start making noise. Not hard to do if you're mechanically inclined. One more thing for down the road: Non matching tires are a no go. The fronts need to match right down to the tread depth. Mine would not upshift out of 3rd gear with about a 5/32" difference between left and right front tires. Same brand and model. Not sure about rears. Ideally, they should all be the same. Best of luck!
