Default New master window switch issue

I just purchased a brand new master window switch because it slowly started to have issues opening and closing the rear passenger window. I just put a new switch in now all windows work except drivers. If I roll it down with the old switch, the new switch only rolls is up. It rolls it up when I push switch down AND when I pull it up. Anyone have this issue? Is my new switch bad??

When I put the old switch back it works fine.

Well, sounds like a bad switch to me, what else could it be? Probably made on a Friday afternoon or Monday morning..

Lol I was thinking OT Saturday. Who knows what it could be knowing these things. Thought maybe I had to touch top of nav screen for 5 seconds while holding down the brake and tapping my head. I'll send it back thanks!

I've had 2 in a row that do something similar. I decided to keep the 2nd one since I can work around it.
When rolling the window up, you need to only pull the switch up until the window rolls up, any more and it will roll down. There is a 2nd "click" or position to it. Same for when you roll down. Push the switch too far, and the window will roll up. I can't believe this is a feature, but it's also hard to believe there are so many bad ones out there...
