Default New module I have never seen in any of my other Rovers

OK, as I am routing wires around the passenger side floor carpet and kick plate, I see these wires running under the carpet and connecting to this module. The blue and white cat 5 cables are for the radio install.

I have not seen one of these before. Any ideas?

That explains it.... I used duck duck go for my search engine. Lesson learned.
I suppose I can just cut the wires and set it on the shelf.

Thanks
