New Owner Center Console Question

Hi, I just picked up a 2007 LR3 HSE today and I have a question. On the inside of the lid of the center console is what looks to be an electrical connection of some sort on a bracket. What goes there?

a land rover phone or your phone with adaptor so you can call hand free
using voice or wheel buttons.
