Is the oil change covered under the warranty?

Is the oil change covered under the warranty?
Hi guys,
I sent my land rover in for an general service and i said i wanted to get an oil change. They told me it would be $69+tax(CAD) and when i went to get it back and brought my money, the bill dhows $0.00 beside the oil change and filter and the other things. So i was wondering if this is suppose to be covered in the warranty.
