Was it overheating changed thermostat housing then checked water pump was missing 3 f
Had a hole the size of a dime. It was plastic went and bought a new one this one's metal. I'm wondering where the pieces went that fell off? Bleeding it now... Any ideas do I need to check the hoses for those little pieces or are they sitting at the bottom of the radiator?
Not exactly sure what your saying.
Is it overheating? Are you missing parts of the impeller?
If you are missing parts of the impeller, where they ended up would greatly depend on size and flow. Most likely they are floating around in the block.

When I took the thermostat off and looked inside thing that spins around with the little fins on it three of the fens were missing and there was a hole a size of a dime the fins were probably an inch and a half long maybe a quarter of an inch high but I don't know how big the pieces went into when they broke off. If they are in the block is there anything I should do? I was bleeding it few times but I decided to let it sit overnight and try to bleed it again in the morning and see how it does.
