Default P0116, P0483, P0480 high idle madness

Good afternoon all, I have a 2008 LR3 with the 4.4 motor, which keeps displaying the P0116, p)483 and P0480 codes. It is intermittent but happens often enough to be troublesome, is worse from a cold start, sometimes it will go back to normal after a hot start but not always. The fan will come on and roar and the idle speed will tick up to 1100, Thus far I have replaced the fan itself, the coolant temperature sensor in the thermostat housing, relay #16 under the hood with the funny fan symbol, and the place we bought it from replaced the thermostat before we bought it but didn't tell us if it was related to that. Have I missed anything and where should I go from here? Besides crazy.

The fan should roar up at cold start, FYI. Then spin down after a short while.

I suggest you check your operating voltages. If I recall another thread, they said that when the charging system starts to fail the fan is the first indicator. And voltage issue could explain the other issues that may not really be issues. So do that, report back just to rule that potential out.

Charging voltage is 14.26, resting battery voltage 12.7 , I did see the Atlantic British alternator replacement video where the guy specifically mentions the fan being activated as a result of a voltage spike from a bad diode in the alternator. I swapped Rovers with her and of course when I was driving it it was perfect, quiet and well behaved.

Sorry, drawing a blank then. I guess all I can suggest is keeping an eye on voltage when operating to see if it swings bad. Other than that, I got nothing.
