Default P0173 Code

Running fine, no misfiring, normal fuel consumption. Any suggestions what to look for causing this code?

You are not getting a MAF code either, yet you suggested it. Point is faulty things don’t necessarily generate codes. And when it’s specific to one bank, it’s usually a component specific to that side. A bad MAF would likely cause fault codes for both banks.

Changed MAF, changed PVC. New oil filler, found small crack on intake baffle, fixed that. Changed throttle body gasket. No signs of any vacuum leakes or intake. Still getting lean codes both banks now. I'll check fuel pressure next I suppose. Mpg is right on 14-16

While running spray brake cleaner/starting fluid around the motor looking for leaks. Oil fill pipe, around injectors, etc.

If no change when spraying, assume MAF(both banks).

If that does not fix it a good BG fuel rail and intake cleaning should.
