hmm I don’t have the shop manual, but I presume I could find it online, I’ll take a look, thanks!! Out of curiosity, how long do you think it took you to gain access the RCM?

30min should get you in there. Here's the relevant manual pages. You'll remove: 6 screws, shift ****, some trim, a handful of electrical connectors. then prop up the rear of the console. Full removal of the console is not necessary. The shift **** pulls off while depressing the button. The RCM is held down by 3 screws. You'll have to cut the carpet to gain access once you get the console propped up.
