Hahaha okay you win! I am nowhere near this POS at the moment, still finishing a customers ‘20 Kona, after that I’ll drive to my buddies and get the scanner to scanning and monitoring, and I’ll look into everything you’ve said. I do not discount anything unless it don’t make sense. Your last reply makes sense.
the logic programming.

Ok fellas….. I have 14 pictures to share and I want some help with this piece of crap. Lol.

I’ll start with the most important pictures which means I’m obviously looking for a leak somewhere….

any ideas on where to start? This does have a new motor installed on it and it does come on for about 15 seconds gets up to about 26 psi and then shuts off.

Use the live data function on that scan tool to see if gallery pressure increases during the 15-30 seconds that the compressor runs. If it doesn't increase at all, you need to start at the reservoir and check the lines backwards to the compressor for leaks. 14 PSI is atmospheric pressure, so you essentially have zero air in your reservoir.

Also, just because you replaced the compressor, don't assume it is good, especially if it is an ebay/china special.

It went up to about 18-20 psi and dropped as soon as the pump shut off back to 13ish.

You can ignore the U-Code for now, you are getting that because of the other fault codes. Here are the suggested diagnostics for those codes. As was suggested earlier, you either have a leak or a bad pump. Glad to see the Autel AP200 is working for you — it even has live data! 😬

First thing tomorrow I am putting the original motor back on because it seems to be a fair amount stronger than replacement one that he bought. He replaced it because he thought it was leaking. I am removing the dryer canister off of the new motor and installing it on the original motor first thing tomorrow. Unless it snows more tonight.

Well ****. The original Bosch motor runs about four seconds then turns off.

im flustered.

what’s this block just between the tank and motor?
when I unplug sensors on it, and turn on key, the light in dad goes immediately red when I turn on the key.

with them plugged in, I turn on key, the light it off, start engine, pump runs for four seconds then shuts off and dash light goes orange.

anyone know what this block is and what the sensors are?

That is your Center valve block - it controls air from the Reservoir to the Front and Rear valve blocks.

The center valve block has one sensor and one solenoid. The sensor is the pressure sensor for the entire gallery. The solenoid works the valve between the gallery and reservoir. The gallery pressure passes through the valve block openly, that block does not, for example, control air from between front and rear struts.
