hey Jjackson..... there are lots of good advisors here, but we need to know whether you've tried any of the suggestions posted for you. That helps in eliminating prospective faults. And may prompt other suggestions. Good luck.

Default engine immobilizer problem

Well thanks to everyone and their advice after hours of chaseing the problem it turned out to be a communication problem. A new cam wire had to be run to escape taring down the whole dashboard to find a faulty wire. Bit all symptoms pointed to tje immobilizer system.

Default engine immobilzer problem

After new cam wire was run landrover fired right up. I put in new spark plugs and coil packs. 100 bucks for 8 of them on parts geek, and this rover runs like a champ.

Default engine immobilizer problem

So from the obd plug a new cam sensor wire was run and it fired right up. After a month of hell and ideas. So the problem was between the obd plug and the dash.
