My take: Those sites are pimpin' the poly because people get angry about having to replace OEM bushings and see it as a "permanent fix." The retail sites don't dissuade them from buying the poly because, well, it's revenue. In my opinion, the bushings last long enough that having to replace them at that interval isn't so bad.

Of course, I put ~2500 miles/year on my LR3 so that's like a 20 year replacement interval.....which means I should just STFU.

I put a lot of hard miles and miles in general on my truck each year and I want with standard old britpart arms. No issues whatsoever with 25k on them.

Also for alignments keep in mind Firestone will do lifetime alignments on our trucks. Nationwide warranty, with alignment checks and adjustments for as long as you own it.

Taking mine back in as I replaced the coil springs on mine to have them make sure its still good to go. It was just aligned 2.5 weeks ago. They said no problem and set up an appointment

For mostly other reasons, I am pretty sure we are selling our LR3. Every single common issue on this thing has been sorted and it needs absolutely nothing except a set of tires. Always top quality parts and full maintenance.
Anyone interested, let me know.
