Default Problems after fuse box removal

Hi everyone, I have a few problems, some of which started after I had to take the passenger side fuse box out, to change the drain hoses. First, my special programs and height adjustment don't work. A red light for this comes on the dash. In fact, the terrain control module is not recognised on a diagnostics machine! Second, the parking brake has an error. Diagnostics says this is an ignition switch issue.

Additionally, we've been having this remote locking issue. The keys don't work! A mechanic once told me the water ingress in the driver's footwell (which forced me to change the drain pipes) probably caused this. Any thoughts?

Also, fuel gauge is stuck on half tank, and I've managed to jam the boot shut! I got the upper tailgate open by prising the carpet out etc, but the lower one is still jammed!

Would really appreciate your assistance if anyone has any advice...

Thanks!

With the upper tailgate open, I believe there is access to the latches on either side. You can manually release it. I saw a YouTube video of this once, a long time ago.

Correct just need to put your finger in the slot where the catch is and flick the little latches in.
