Most of the stuff, even the baja rack, attaches to the factory stuff. I've never seen one without, but here is the kit:

CAB500120PVJ Black
CAP500090 Bright (whatever that means).

Thule.

All you need is the OEM roof tracks which came standard. The Thule system provides all the rest (but you do need the special LR kit, brackets and screws); permits muliple applications and use; in the photo below, I am set up to tote my bikes.

I think Thule makes the factory attachments too. When I got my LR3 a month ago it didn't come with the keys to the factory crossbars, but I was able to order the keys from Thule.

Thule make a fit kit (small plates and brackets,#-fit-kit-1729) that serves to integrate your OEM stock base rails to the cross rails that Thule to which you can add whatever attachment brackets you want, Thule makes them all, bike racks, cargo racks, ski racks, ladder or other utility type rails/carrier devices. Quite flexible.

Roof Racks at Rack Attack - Thule Rack, Yakima Rack: bike, ski, kayak, cargo is a great source
