I'd like to change the Rear Air Strutts on our LR3SE 2006..it seems for the years 2005 & 2006 it is one type and 2007 and on were another.
Ours have lasted 179,000 Miles..I'd say that is good quality.
Who was the maker of the OEM Part for 2005-2006 ?
Ive read of some mis match problems with th Compressor so I want to avoid that.

They should all be compatible. Delphi was usually OEM but there may have also been Dunlop. Dunlop even made some replacement compressors in the exact style of Hitachi. And there may have been some re-branding going on, meaning Dunlop may have made the air bag portion for Delphi. Then Delphi puts the absorber part in and calls it their own. For me the choice would be Delphi, if I can find em, or Arnott.

 

Would anyone know what maker Atlantic British use for the rest air struts ? ( LR3SE made early 2006) thank you
