Default Rear door card

...anyone changed the inside door panel? Easy DIY? Take long? Special tools needed? Thanks in advance!

Buy some panel clips because you'll probably break most of them holding the panel on. There are from what I remember 2 screws in the door handle, 2 in the "grip handle" or whatever you want to call it, and 2 in the bottom of the panel, all philips tip. Then there are 6 clips on either side that pop off and 4 in the top and bottom, don't quote me on the exact number. The only real pain is getting the lock assembly off, and while it's off you might as well make the adjustments required to prevent the actuator from failing, even though you don't necessarily need to remove the lock assembly to replace the panel. I suppose you'll also want to switch out the speaker, I forget if that's screws or clips but you just disconnect from the wire harness and put the speaker in the new panel, nothing tricky. Remember to chalk the window if you're doing the actuator as well!

Should take about an hour all together.
