Default rear drive shaft

Looking to source parts to rebuild the rear drive shaft

Cv is leaking and carrier bearing is torn out of the rubber

New shaft is $4-500

Try L8 or here or here

I have not heard of anyone making parts available, though a custom drive shaft shop might be able to rebuild it. I have never heard of anyone successfully doing that either.

I have one....I replaced mine about a month ago. It wasn't failing or anything, I was just getting the rear diff changed so figured since the old one was already coming down, I'd put in a new one.

I don't know what price would make it worth both our while and I can't guarantee the condition of my old one except to say that there was nothing wrong with it to my knowledge. PM me if you want to talk it over. Shipping is what would be a killer...

Were you noticing any NVH or anything? How many miles are on your rig now?

Just to point out, there has been some negative feedback on Non-OEM aftermarket drive shafts..

I've lost the bubble here....who/what is Expo?

I'd love to read more about this catastrophic failure, just to educate myself.
