Default Rear wiper

My rear wiper blade will not function correctly could it be the motor or a fuse? All it does is start to move and stop

its the motor if its stops, the fuse provides power all the time.

Think twice about fixing it, too. LR decided that the rear wiper should operate whenever it's raining and we shift into Reverse....whether or not there's been enough rain to wash road dust off the glass.

They also didn't mount the wiper blade on top of the rear glass (a la RR) that would limit the amount of crap that settles onto the blade surface. Get an ounce of sand laying on the blade and then get it to swiping...you know the rest of the story.

Any LR3 that gets rear wiper use (like it or not) gets scoring on the rear glass.
