It was a long shot and worth a try.

I'm assuming you have checked all the fuses both under the hood and in the glovebox?

​​​​​​I did. Considering all the electrical weirdness that's what is making me think maybe something fried vs disconnected.

Checked voltage on the battery before cranking and during to correct?

Battery is new (maybe a month) No cranking or sounds at all when I turn the key. Weird other noises like the parking brake is trying to engage/disengage, cd changer, door locks, flashers locked on.
