Everytime I first start up my 06 LR3, the service interval indicator lights up for 5 seconds showing me when the next service is due. The manual says that this feature is "a market configurable feature and may not be enabled". Does that mean I can turn it off and if so how? The manual also states that once the dealer has done the service they will reset the distance display. How can I reset it myself?

I think only the dealer can set and change the interval

 

A pice of black tape will make it go away
