Default Service Interval Indicator

Hi all,

I recently purchased a used 2007 LR3 V8 SE and I just passed 22,500. I bought the LR3 with approximately 19,000mi on it.

My question is, when is the service indicator supposed to come on? Is there a way to tell when the next service is due? I know they are supposed to be serviced at 22,500... but I am not sure when exactly the last service was completed. (Like, If it was serviced at 19k before I purchased it?)

Does everyone rely on their service interval indicator, or do you just take it in at the 7,500mi intervals?

Thanks all!

Default service indicator

I have an 06 LR3 SE V8. The screen where your odometer is is where your indicator is. When you first start your vehicle before the miles show up it will show a screen showing how much mileage or days are left or already passed on your service interval. The tech resets it everytime you get your service done, so if it was servced at 19k it won't show until 26.5k. Hope this helps. Stan
